Authority model
Decision support only.
Peacefull does not diagnose, prescribe, predict suicide, or replace a licensed clinician. Every consequential clinical artifact in the workflow is designed to carry a human reviewer and an inspectable trail.
Population boundary
Adults 18+, outpatient, within an organization’s approved intended use.
Review requirement
Drafted or composed material requires licensed review before it becomes action.
Disposition requirement
Acknowledged signals require a recorded disposition — they cannot be silently dismissed.
Escalation boundary
Crisis resources stay direct.
Crisis pathways (988, Crisis Text Line 741741, 911) are presented directly to patients throughout the product and this site, and they do not route through Peacefull. Escalation inside a care organization follows that organization’s own coverage policy; Peacefull does not manufacture after-hours coverage or continuous monitoring.

Assessment instruments are offered under their applicable validation and licensing terms. We do not represent an instrument as available before its licensing and clinical review are complete.
Oversight
Consequential changes take two people.
The governance model is designed so that consequential clinical configuration and content changes require a second authorized reviewer, and so that safety-relevant findings must be formally adjudicated rather than quietly closed.
