How a first call usually goes.

30-minute scoping.

Your CMO or clinical director + our clinical lead. No slides. We map your current between- session workflows and where Peacefull could land — or should not.

Security review, on your template.

We fill out your security questionnaire on your format. SOC 2 posture, pen-test results, subprocessors, data flows, retention. We have walked this before.

Pilot-then-scale.

Typically 2–4 clinicians, 40–80 patients, 8–12 weeks. We scope out before the scope in. Full rollout after committee sign-off on the pilot readout.
