The agreement behind the product.
These terms set out how Peacefull works, what we commit to, and what we ask of you. They are written to be read — not to be hidden behind. If something is unclear, tell us.

Peacefull is not an emergency service.
Peacefull is a clinician-supervised companion between therapy sessions. It is not a replacement for emergency medical care, a crisis line, or a licensed clinician. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or dial 911.
Adults 18+, in the United States.
Age.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Peacefull. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Geography.
Peacefull is currently offered in the United States only. We may expand, and we will say so clearly when we do.
Scope.
Peacefull supports adults in outpatient behavioral health contexts. It is not designed for inpatient crisis, acute psychiatric emergencies, or minors.
Account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us immediately at privacy@peacefull-ai.io if you suspect an account has been compromised.
Companion, not clinician.
It is not medical advice.
Peacefull can hold steady between sessions, practice modalities with you, and flag patterns to your clinician when you opt in. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed professional.
It is clinician-supervised.
Every model update passes a clinical governance committee review before reaching you. Escalation to a licensed clinician is built in. The audit log is append-only.
It is evidence-based.
We build on modalities with meaningful clinical literature — CBT, DBT, ACT — and we publish the evaluation methodology on our research page.
Acceptable use.
Honest use.
Do not impersonate another person, create accounts on behalf of someone without their consent, or use Peacefull to harm others.
No re-identification.
Do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data, reverse-engineer the safety systems, or exfiltrate PHI belonging to other users.
No platform abuse.
No scraping, no automated abuse of the companion, no attempts to bypass the clinical governance guardrails.
Report issues.
If you find a security or safety issue, please report it to privacy@peacefull-ai.io. We run a responsible disclosure process.
Subscription and cancellation.
Billing.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are published on the pricing page.
Cancellation.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No clawback emails.
Refunds.
If the product does not work for you in the first 14 days, email hello@peacefull-ai.io and we will refund the billing period.
Price changes.
We will notify you in-product and via email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your plan.
Ownership.
Your content is yours.
Conversations, assessments, and notes you create in Peacefull belong to you. We hold them in trust under HIPAA and our privacy notice.
We will not train on your PHI.
We do not train public foundation models on your protected health information, ever. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be used to improve safety systems in line with applicable law.
Our product is ours.
The Peacefull brand, product, models, and code are ours. You get a license to use the product while your account is in good standing.
Feedback.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation. This does not apply to your PHI.
Reasonable limits, plainly stated.
Peacefull is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work hard to make it both. Our liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where this limit is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Texas, with the usual mandatory-law carve-outs.
R & S Enterprises (DBA Peacefull-ai) is incorporated in Texas. These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here waives any right you hold under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your home state.
We will tell you, not bury it.
Material changes to these terms are announced in-product and via email to the account holder at least 30 days before they take effect. Prior versions live in our public legal changelog. For questions about these terms, write legal@peacefull-ai.io.
