Capped at 50 organizations.
We are keeping the first cohort small — a hard cap of 50 Texas practices, roughly 25 to 50 clinicians. We bring practices on in small groups of 10–15 so onboarding support stays high.
Two waves this summer.
Wave 1 begins mid-July 2026. Wave 2 follows in mid-August. We review applications in the order they arrive and place practices in the wave that fits their readiness.
The Founders' rate, locked.
Cohort practices that continue lock the Founders' rate for the life of a continuous subscription — Room $115.50, Rounds $147, Wing $178.50 per clinician, per month.
A real product, not a demo.
Cohort practices run the same supervised product we run everywhere else — same safety architecture, same governance, same audit trail. Nothing is stubbed for the pilot.

Governed releases.
Every model change is gated by the Clinical Governance Council's binding veto and recorded in a public model card. You are adopting a product with the brakes already wired in.

Every model response, escalation, and data access is append-only logged with an actor, a reason, and a timestamp — and a BAA is available on day one.

Founding practices shape the roadmap. The feedback you give in the pilot lands in the model card and the public roadmap, attributed to the work, not buried.
A conversation, not a silent charge.
At day 60 we have a conversation — a real one, with a human. If Peacefull earned a place in your practice, you continue at the Founders' rate, locked for as long as your subscription stays continuous. If it didn't, you walk away and keep your data export.
There is no drip you have to remember to cancel, no card quietly charged on day 61, no auto-conversion. We think that is the only honest way to ask a clinician to try something in the middle of their caseload.
Licensed Texas practices, treating adults.
Outpatient, adults 18+.
Peacefull is scoped to supervised outpatient care for adults. We do not serve minors or inpatient crisis — a design decision, not a gap.
A supervising licensed clinician.
Every patient on Peacefull has a supervising clinician. The companion is clinician-invited by design; there is no direct-to-patient path.
Texas, to start.
The founding cohort is Texas-based so we can stay close to the practices in it. Other states follow once the model and the playbook are proven here.
Peacefull is not FDA-cleared and is not a medical device under current scope. It is a companion between sessions, supervised by the clinician who is already responsible for the patient's care. Practices may also opt into the Peacefull-OBS-90 observational study — entirely optional, and never a condition of joining.
